Welcome! The financial affairs group handles the finances for the medical school. Our staff manages budgeting and accounting, administers gift funds, and does financial planning, reporting and analysis.

MISSION
The mission of the Office of Financial Affairs is to provide useful, timely, and accurate information, reports, analysis, and counsel to our constituents (Dean, EADs, department chairs and administrators, IUPUI and IU administration), and to ensure that all accounts, departments, centers, and support units of the School of Medicine comply with IUSM, IU, IUF, and external agency regulations and fiscal management procedures.
Vision
The vision of the Office of Financial Affairs is to assist the Faculty and the Dean of the Indiana University School of Medicine to obtain and utilize the fiscal resources necessary to advance healthcare in the State of Indiana and beyond by promoting innovation and providing excellence in education, research, and patient care.
